A healthy take on your traditional snicker bar

This 5 ingredient healthy snicker bar is super easy and with the soft medjool dates you wont miss the caramel;)
It's free from refined sugars, gluten free and dairy free!!
Ingredients:
24 | medjool dates |
1/2 | cup crunchy peanut butter |
1 | cup chocolate chips |
1 | tsp coconut oil |
flakey salt |
Instructions:
- Remove seeds from dates
- Press dates onto baking sheet
- Drizzle your peanut butter
- Add chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave in 30sec increments until melted
- Pour the chocolate over the peanut covered date bar then top it off with flakey salt
- Place in freezer forat least 30min then enjoy
