Ingredients
BASE
220g | oat flour |
60g | coconut oil |
70g | date syrup ⠀ |
FILLING
60g | chocolate |
120g | coconut cream |
THIS IS WHERE A LITTLE ARTISTRY NEEDS TO BE EMULSIFIED WITH SCIENCE IN YOUR KITCHEN (GANACHE PUN INTENDED)
METHOD
- Melt coconut oil
- Mix together base ingredients
- Press into cupcake moulds of your choice
- Freeze whilst you make the filling
- Mix all filling ingredients in a saucepan on low heat
- Fill pies with filling mixture
- Top with cacao nibs and desiccated coconut for decoration
- Serve with a scoop of banana nicecream!
