Introducing the Brownie batter bark! Just as delicious and equally irresistible.
A healthy vegan and gluten free dessert that is sure to satisfy your cravings!
Ingredients:
1 | cup almond flour |
3 | tbsp cocoa powder |
1/4 | cup melted coconut oil |
1/4 | cup maple syrup |
11/2 | cups chocolate chips |
Instructions:
- Mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut oil, and maple syrup in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and mix again
- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper, then place the cookie dough mixture on top. Spread and flatten the mixture with your hands to form a large piece of brownie batter bark
- Melt the remaining chocolate chips, then pour over the brownie batter bark. Spread into an even layer , then place in freezer for about an hour
- When ready, remove the freezer and cute or break it into large pieces and enjoy
