Snickers and Healthy? Yes, you heard that right!
They taste just like snickers, but with a fraction of the sugar!
Ingredients:
1 cup | chocolate chips |
1tbsp | coconut oil |
8 | medjool dates |
1/4 cup |
crunchy peanut butter |
Instructions:
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil and pour into silicone ice cube tray with 1/2 tbsp in each cube
- Place one pitted date on top of the chocolate
- Add 1/2 tbsp of crunchy peanut butter on top
- Pour the remaining chocolate on top, covering the dates and peanut butter completely.
- Place in freezer for about 20 minutes and enjoy
