4 Ingredient Healthy Snicker Cups

Snickers and Healthy? Yes, you heard that right!

They taste just like snickers, but with a fraction of the sugar!

 

Ingredients:

1 cup  chocolate chips
1tbsp coconut oil
8 medjool dates
1/4 cup

crunchy peanut butter

 

Instructions:

  • Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil and pour into silicone ice cube tray with 1/2 tbsp in each cube
  • Place one pitted date on top of the chocolate
  • Add 1/2 tbsp of crunchy peanut butter on top
  • Pour the remaining chocolate on top, covering the dates and peanut butter completely.
  • Place in freezer for about 20 minutes and enjoy
