240ml | coconut oil (1 cup) refined & melted |
2 | tbsp rapeseed oil |
80ml | unsweetened soya milk (1/3 cup) |
1 | tsp Apple Cider Vinegar |
1 | tsp Nutritional Yeast |
1 | Small Pinch Turmeric |
1/2 | tsp Salt |
METHOD
- Add coconut oil and rapeseed (sunflower or veg also work) to a blender
- Separately mix the milk and apple cider vineager, then add to the blender
- Add turmeric, salt and nutritional yeast into the blender and blitz until smooth
- Pour into butter dish, chill for 4 hours until firm. Perfect for baking or to spread onto toast / bagels
