3 | ripe bananas |
1/2 | cup brown sugar |
1/3 | cup melted coconut oil |
1/2 | tsp vanilla extract |
2 | tbsp diary free milk |
1 3/4 | cup almond flour |
1 | tsp baking soda |
1 | tsp cinnamon |
1/2 | tsp salt |
1/2 | cup dark chocolate (optional) |
1/2 | cup chopped nuts (optional) |
Instructions:
- Mash the bananas and add brown sugar, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and milk and whisk together.
- Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and whisk together then add in the chocolate and nuts.
