120ml | date syrup |

TOPPINGS
Hot cashew caramel drizzle (3 tbsp cashew butter, 3 tbsp coconut oil, 3 tbsp date syrup) | |

Some days you eat salads and go to the gym, some days you eat chocolate chip loafs and refuse to put on jeans. It’s called balance.
METHOD
- Mix all dry cake ingredients excl chocolate
- Add in milk and date syrup
- Break the chocolate into small chunks and stir in
- Pour into a small baking tray
- Bake at 175 degrees for 15-20 minutes
- For the sauce, heat all ingredients on low-medium for 2-3 minutes
- Pour hot sauce over sliced loaf and devour alongside a chai latte 🍵
