80g | oat flour |
15g | vegan protein powder (I used @myvegan vanilla) |
1 | tsp baking powder |
120ml | plant milk (I used @mightypeauk unsweetened) |
1 | tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice |
1/2 | tsp apple cider vinegar |
TOPPINGS

Weather may look gloomy but these pancakes will most definitely brighten up your day☺️
METHOD
- Add the apple cider vinegar to the plant mix and leave to sit for a few minutes
- Mix all the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl
- Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and whisk till clump free
- Place a pan on the hob at low-medium heat and pour desired amount of batter in the pan
- When the top starts to bubble flip pancake and leave for a few more minutes
- Repeat for the remaining amount of batter then add toppings once plated and devour😋
