65g | coconut sugar |
2 | tbsp ground flax seed |
25g | chocolate chips |
Obsessed with these crumbly, nutty, melt in your mouth Tahini Cookies I made last week. They're super simple, require 4 simple ingredients and are totally grain free!
METHOD
- Preheat your oven to 180C and line your tray with greaseproof paper
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients excluding the chocolate chips
- Once combined, fold in the chocolate chips
- Using your hands, form 6 balls of cookie dough and place in the tray. Flatten each ball with your palm so that you have cookies ~ 0.8 thick
- Bake for 12 minutes until golden and allow to cool before dunking in milk 🤤
