AMARANTH BASE
30g | popped amaranth |
3 | tbsp date syrup |
3 | tbsp coconut oil |
NICECREAM
2 | frozen bananas |
1 | tbsp spirulina |

METHOD
- Melt the coconut oil
- Mix the amaranth base ingredients and press firmly into mini muffin moulds
- Place in the freezer for 30 minutes whilst you make the nicecream
- Blend frozen bananas and spirulina on high speed until smooth*
- Use a piping bag to swirl on top
