Ingredients

Base

50g oats
200ml plant based milk (I used @mightypeauk unsweetened)
75g pumpkin purée (add more if you want a stronger pumpkin taste)
35g vegan protein (I used @vivolife salted caramel)
10g chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin spice

TOPPINGS

1 pack @PriBakes peanut butter pie

Smooth creamy oatmeal made with pumpkin purée and @vivolife salted caramel protein topped with our brand new @PriBakes peanut butter pies🥜🥜

METHOD

  • Add protein powder to milk and whisk until smooth
  • Add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon powder and protein milk mixture to the saucepan or bowl if using a microwave
  • Cook oats on a medium heat for about 5-10 minutes until desired level of thickness. Alternatively, 1-3 minutes in the microwave according to your oats cooking instructions
  • Top with @PriBakespeanut butter pies and any other toppings your heart desires😋
