50g | oat flour |
38g | coconut flour |
20ml | date syrup |
35g | melted coconut oil |
Pinch of salt |
The only way to start the morning, with a brain freeze 🥶
METHOD
- Melt coconut oil
- Mix all cookie cone ingredients until dough forms
- Roll into 1.5cm balls and press into moulds / mini muffin cases
- Freeze whilst you make the filling
- For the filling, drop your sliced frozen bananas in a blender
- Blend on high speed until smooth (but not for too long or it’ll turn to liquid)
- Swirl nicecream on top of your cookie cones
- Decorate with toppings of your choice
- Bite straight in and await the brain freeze 🥶
